We are fortunate to have served many great clients over the last several years, some on small one-time projects and some on much larger projects that spanned several months. 

Although they are a diverse group that vary in size, they have shared a common desire to improve their offers, organization, or services to better serve the needs of their customers and to be better equipped to compete in a highly competitive marketplace.

This list is provided to better explain the nature of the projects we have undertaken for some of our clients.

North Atlantic Petroleum.
Provided a detailed assessment of their existing stores along with recommended merchandising layouts for proposed renovations to up-grade their convenience offers.

Imperial Oil Ltd. 
Conducted a detailed audit of their convenience program, and identified opportunities for growth and development. This project led to the development and the subsequent roll out the convenience merchandising program for their Tiger Express stores, (the fore-runner to On The Run), from prototype to over 200 locations. Included as part of the project was the development of their merchandising strategies, standards and practices, the development of a promotional program and the negotiation of supplier agreements.

Pioneer Petroleum 
Led the development of their convenience retail program, and their Snack Express offer including strategies, assortments, supplier agreements, store design and layout, fixtures and merchandising aids, and the training of executives and retailers.

Exxon International - Europe 
Conducted a review of their convenience retail operations and recommended opportunities for growth and development in sales and profits through the potential coordination of activities between countries.

Sunoco Petroleum
Conducted a review of their existing convenience retail operations, recommended opportunities for improvement in merchandising techniques, and identified areas for increased sales and profits.

Canadian Tire Petroleum 
Assessed their existing offer followed by the development of strategies, standards, layouts, fixturing, and assortments for their new prototype convenience store.

Petro-Canada Ltd. 
Conducted a detailed review of their existing product / service offering to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities in assortments, and merchandising. In addition, the project scope included a review of existing layouts and providing recommendations for future changes.

Cartier Wines 
Conducted a detailed review of their retail operations and provided recommendations as to strategic direction, assortments, and merchandising techniques.

Shell Canada 
Undertook a detailed review of their Circle K convenience stores, and identified opportunities for growth in sales and profits.

VivaCorp Properties Inc.
Developed the convenience retailing program for VivaCorp's new Viva Express chain of Gas Convenience stores, including projected sales and margins, store layouts, fixtures and equipment, suppliers and assortments. This project also included working with the Viva Express team to implement the program and open the first of the new Viva Express stores.

Adams Brands 
Provided advice on the development of merchandising and marketing programs to capture the growth potential of the convenience and gas / convenience channels.

Nabisco Canada 
Participated in a multi functional task force to provide expertise on the development of products, packaging and displays to better penetrate the convenience channel.

Quaker Oats Canada Ltd. 
Provided advice and direction for a new product launch targeted for the convenience industry, including product, packaging, pricing, promotion and distribution.

Developed individual store renovation / remerchandising plans for dozens of independent Convenience and Gas / Convenience owner operators across Ontario, in British Columbia, and as far away as Iqaluit on Baffin Island
